Scheduling

We have an online booking system that you can access here or you can call or text the office at 941-718-7293.

To cancel your appointment you have the option to reschedule/cancel online that you can access here or by calling or texting 941-718-7293 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time

Yes! Please allow us advanced notice 48 hours before your appointment time, so that we may make adjustments to our schedule. Any cancellations made after the 48 hour window will be assessed a $75 cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee for any missed appointment without proper notice.

Yes! A consultation with our Aesthetic Nurse practitioner is highly recommended for new patients. During the consultation, we’ll go over your medical history and any past treatments you’ve received. We’ll also discuss your concerns and create the best short/long-term treatment plan for you.
 
It is $50 for a 45 minute consultation with Jaymee Watson, APRN-C and Dr. Mark Baker. This deposit goes towards any treatments or products purchased. If decide to not have any of the recommended treatments, this can be used towards other services and products. No refunds. 
 
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure your online paperwork is completed prior to arriving. You can fill out paperwork in the office if you do not want to complete online. If your forms are not complete upon your arrival, it will take away from your treatment time. If you are experiencing issues completing your online paperwork, please give us a call prior to your appointment and/or arrive early so that we may assist.
 
Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, we will have to reschedule as it impedes the service/treatment being provided and affects the next client that is scheduled. Please give us a call if you happen to be running behind so that we can make the proper adjustments.
 
Automatic appointment reminders are emailed and texted from our EMR system, Aesthetic Record. You will receive reminders upon booking, 5 days before, and 2 days before your appointment.
 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on products or any services rendered. Aesthetic results are variable and individualized patient to patient. While we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. No refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.
